Job Title: IT and Operations Officer

Description: Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Oversee the shops operations regarding hardware, software,
utility, staff and equipment’s
- Oversee IT related contract outsourced jobs
- Direct support for staff and customer Issues
- To purchase operations related devices
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training the staff
Qualification
BSc. In IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
There are also qualities and skills that IT Support candidates should be expected to have
