Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient delivery man to join our team. As a delivery man, you will be responsible for transporting consumer goods to different locations within the designated time frame. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure the safe handling of items.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver consumer goods to designated locations.
Plan delivery routes using a map or GPS device to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle
Navigate through city roads with ease to reach delivery locations
Maintain accurate delivery records and update the delivery log
Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details
issue invoices/receipts upon delivery
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional and Punctual
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with city roads and the ability to navigate through maps
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
