Description: Description 

•  Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails

•  Manage and resolve customer request

•  Provide product and service information to customers

•  Route calls to appropriate individuals

•  Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

•  Follow up customer calls where necessary

•  Complete call logs and reports

•  Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

•  Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

•  Manage agendas/ appointments etc. for the upper management

•  Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

•  Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

•  Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

•  Assist colleagues whenever necessary

•  Greet and welcome guests at the front desk, hence providing accurate information about the company 

•  Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and promotion material 

•  Maintain office security, Perform other clerical receptionist duties 


Applicants need to 

•  Have a Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Diploma in secretarial science/office management  

•  Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Amharic.

•  Effective skill in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

•  Minimum of one year experience in an office environment with professional duties.

•  Have a friendly and professional appearance

•  Have an excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
