Job List We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate records.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and processing paperwork.
Maintain employee records, including updating employee information, tracking attendance and leave records, and maintaining employee files.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to employee inquiries.
Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
Process payroll and benefits administration tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR administration.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
